  お肉屋さんから仕入れている地元の鹿肉を使ったハンバーグです。掛けてあるデミソースは鹿肉エキス満載の特製ソースです。高タンパク低カロリーの鹿肉です。臭みもありません。セットに添えられているサラダや野菜は隣の畑から。
